Mushroom planting, pile building and fermentation technology

Crush the corn cob (without mildew in the current year or last year) to the size of peanut kernels, according to 100m2 cultivation area ingredients: corn cob 2200kg, dry cow manure 2200kg, urea 15kg, superphosphate 50kg, plaster powder 50kg, dry lime powder 100kg .

1. Pre-wet

Pre-wet the corn cob and dry cow dung 3 days before building the pile. Spread corn cobs on the bottom layer on a clean and tidy concrete floor, cover with a layer of dry cow dung, and pile them into piles with a height of 1 m and unlimited length. Pour lime water with pH 8.5 every day until water overflows at the bottom to make the material full Soggy.

2. Build a pile

Choose a site with a higher terrain, close to the water source and close to the mushroom house, and the ground is hardened. Build a fermentation pile with a width of 2.0m, a height of 1.5m, and an unlimited length. Cover, heat preservation and moisturizing (cover with plastic film on rainy days), start measuring the material temperature on the second day, under normal circumstances, the stack temperature should rise to 70℃ on the third day.

3. Turn the pile

The first turning of the pile is carried out when the pile temperature starts to drop 5 to 6 days after the pile is built. Spray water on the outer material first, then turn the material up and down alternately inside and outside, and at the same time sprinkle all the urea, superphosphate, gypsum powder and lime powder into the material and mix evenly. After turning over the pile, rebuild the pile with a width of 1.7m and the height unchanged. On the center line of the pile, drill holes with a diameter of 2 to 3 cm at intervals of 0.5 m to facilitate ventilation and release of ammonia gas, and cover the top of the pile to facilitate heating. After 2d, when the temperature of the material pile rises to 70~80℃, the film is uncovered to increase the air permeability in the material.

The second turning is generally carried out 4~5d after the first turning, and the method is the same as above. When turning the pile, add 0.5kg of triclosan and 1.5kg of carbendazim to prevent mites and other bacteria. The width of the material pile is narrowed to 1.5m, and the height is unchanged, covered with plastic film. After turning over the pile for 2 days, lift up the plastic film on the top of the pile, and at the same time roll up the plastic film at the bottom of the surrounding pile for ventilation and fermentation.

The third turning over was carried out 3~4 days after the second turning over. This time the turning over requires uniform spraying of 0.5 kg of 2.5% dichlorvos, 2 kg of 40% formaldehyde solution, pH 8 adjustment, and water content of 65%~70%. The width of the pile is 1~2m and the height is 0.8~1m to facilitate ventilation, reduce the temperature of the pile, and cultivate a large number of actinomycetes
